Judge O'Hara received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Prior to becoming a circuit court judge and presiding judge of family court, Judge O'Hara was an associate judge, assistant public defender, an assistant prosecuting attorney, and supervising attorney of the Child Support Division of Clay County.
She has also worked as an adjunct professor at Missouri Western State University and as a parent educator with the Clay County Family Court.
Grant Martin
Grant Martin graduated with a B.A. in political science and German from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Grant is an attorney with Patton Wagner & Associates, where he practices in the areas of Family Law and Civil Litigation, along with representing defendants in the Clay County Domestic Violence Court.
Ellen Greenberg Jacobs
Ellen Greenberg Jacobs graduated with a B.A. in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a J.D. from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Ellen began her career as a law clerk at the Public Defender's Office and at the Jackson County Circuit Court. For the past twenty-seven years, she has served as a municipal court prosecutor, and has also worked as an adjunct professor for Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri.
Jessica Green
Jessica Green started her career in the legal field with the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office in 2008. She
worked in the criminal and child support departments before taking a position with the Family Court as a victim advocate for the Juvenile Office. In October 2023, the Clay County Domestic Violence Court was formed and Jessica was appointed as the Court Coordinator.
